The association represents the residents of Rush Common Mews, Cotherstone Road, Maplestead Road, Holmewood Road and Holmewood Gardens. The area is located at the top of Brixton Hill in London, UK.

The association has been organised to:

• Encourage us to get to know our neighbours better for social and practical reasons.
• Have a collective voice on issues of local importance.
• Pool local resources, skills and expertise.
• Pursue local campaigns.

The association was originally set up to encourage the residents to participate in the design process for the Home Zone.
